The good kind of crack

We can all thank Momofuku genius, David Chang for the tasty delights at his many restaurants. We can also thank him for recognizing the other kind of genius that is Christina Tosi, Milk Bar’s pastry chef.

For those of you who have waited in line for Blueberry Cream Cookies, Cereal Milk, and Crack Pie, you know the wait is worth it. But if you’re not in New York (and you actually have a decent sized kitchen), try making some crack of your own. Crack Pie I mean, crack PIE!
