Proper attire
I survived the fashion trade shows last week. And I am please to say there are some darling and very well priced dresses to be expected for Spring 2013. Of course in the midst of all the dress shopping it is inevitable that I come across a line of non-dresses that I wouldn’t carry in Sunday Brunch but would love to stuff my personal closet full of. This time around I spotted a line out of Madrid, Spain called T.ba. They don’t have much of a web presence but their rep tells me they are in 25 stores around the US. A quick internet search did not tell me where exactly, but perhaps that is a good thing. It’s not like I can wear anything other than BIG and WAIST-LESS for the next few months.
Anyway. If you are into super chic well tailored equestrian inspired blazers, pants and the like (a la Ralph Lauren but with a European flare), you will want to track down T.ba and where they are sold in your area. A shot from their website (similar to the booth set up that made me stop to check them out):
For me I’m all about their long line woven blazers with just a peek of chiffon at the sleeves or in place of lapels and their beautiful collar details. Every woman should have a fitted blazer in their closet and I have yet to see anything as well made and unique in this price range.
