Anyone who knows me knows I love me my nachos. The bigger, the messier, the better. Back in Cali it was no problem to go into any ‘ol cali-Mexican hole in the wall to get a cheap and satisfying platter of in yo face nacho goodness. My short visit to Texas turned up some even bigger Nacho adventures.
I’ve been in NY 8 years now, and I still don’t have a nacho place. A crime. At almost 6 months preggers, my desire for a heart stopping portion of sloppy nachos is stronger than ever and hits at random times of the day. While I don’t have a go-to nacho place, I’ve found my go-to nacho resource.
