I’ve got bustle

A 19-point bustle. Someone whose name rhymes with Schmerica will be having a grand ‘ol time with her head up my skirt tying 19 knots. Lucky Schmerica. I went for my fitting yesterday and put the whole outfit together for the first time. I am most excited about my bustle. I’ve always wanted a giant bustle of my own. Perhaps a result of watching too many Jane Austen films. Those Victorians (and pre-Victorians) were definitely fans of a healthy rear end.

Even then  people were innovative in the fake it ’til you make it.

As far as the rest of wedding planning goes, I just need to make some table runners and a traveling Chuppah. And sew 144 buttons onto the dress. Less than 2 months to go.
